Searching online does not return any valid results. Typically with discontinued parts you'd expect the sellers to mark it as Obsolete/NRND.
2. There is already a MSPM0G3505SDGS28R part - notice "T" vs "S" difference. That letter is a temperature rating (T up to 105°C, S up to 125°C). All the MSPM0G350x/MSPM0G310x are S parts. In fact, only the lowest-end MSPM0G110x are released as T parts. So it makes no sense to release a single package variant as a T part.

So I don't think there is a chance you can find someone out there using this part.

On the other hand, having a non-existing part in the list won't break any functionality, so if we want to be 100% safe at the expense of confusing future maintainers might as well keep it.
I am not sure (I am not part of that organization, hence the "personal review" ;)). When I originally wrote it, I had used public data sheet.. but then... marketing teams do spin off all kind of variations that may or maynot have hit production. I understand what you mean here - if it has hit the market and then "deprecated", we may have existing userbase who would expect things to continue to work.
