helper/types: remove type '_Bool'

Accordingly to OpenOCD coding style, both typedef and Camelcase
symbols are forbidden.
The type '_Bool' is not used in the code, having 'bool' as
preferred choice.

Remove the definition of '_Bool' from 'types.h'.
